The breakfast served in the restaurant is delicious, the deluxe queen room is modern and equipped with essential amenities like central heating, an iron, and an electronic key card, the location is great for exploring the surroundings.

Everything ... it is a very welcoming and attractive place to stay and we stayed twice on our recent trip.

They served terrible breakfast, it can be far better.

The staff here are incredibly friendly, accommodating, and have a great attitude.

The location was unbeatable and decent, for example, a three - story museum was not too far from the hotel. Neat units with a fabulous view, comfortable king bed, for instance, and the staff were decent. Actually everything was good, my next choice again in Sault Ste. Marie.

I was impressed by the cleanliness and the friendly staff, not to mention the spacious and well-equipped rooms featuring a hairdryer, shower facilities, and fresh towels.

As with most motels/hotels, I find less than perfect room condition a distraction.

The staff here were super friendly and nice. The prices were good, and the rooms were spacious, making it suitable for different group sizes. 👍

-room was very clean -room service was decent (but overpriced for quality of food) -restaurant had very good food (and finally, a view! Suiting as it is called "The View" restaurant

-the front desk staff were rude upon check in -the only view we had was that of the hotel roof (absolutely NO water view- save your money and go elsewhere! We were not the only people who struggled with this, there were other customers at the desk who were asking for room changes as they didn't want to look over the cement ceiling after having the hotel market itself as a hotel with a "waterfront view") -hotel charged an expensive pet free (35.00 - usual rate for other hotels ranges between 15.00 - 20.00).

The bed was comfotable.

While the bed was very comfortable, I had a hard time going to sleep because of the strong musky smell in the room. We paid $20 extra for this room for the water view but that was spoiled by the smell of the room.

Staff upgraded me to a beautiful view and were ever so pleasant. Ordered room service- the duck was amazing.

Property was modern and reliable, we liked this place.

The room was neat and new-fashioned with a nice view of the lake. The bathroom was large, the bunk bed too. The location was marvellous and lovely, within walking distance of the downtown core, convenient to go everywhere.
